One stipulation in the plan is it relinquish the US oil and gas resources and mineral wealth on the edges the US continental shelf to the UN. It may be worth many billions if not trillions of dollars. It is significant in Obama’s global climate change agenda. It gives the UN over 70% control over earth’s resources or everything above and below the oceans waters. The UN will have the final authority over all nations that sign this treaty. Obama signed 2 years ago, Executive Order 13547 –Stewardship of the Ocean, Our Coasts, and the Great Lakes witch was a precursor. The undercurrent reality is the US would pay billions in royalties in a new international tax. to redistribute its wealth to the world.
