I was talking to Debra Bidwell, another blogger. I told her I really miss the old movies. I surely do. I miss the purity of the movies from the old days. The patriotism they had for their country. Who ever thought that people would end up pushing hatred against their own country? I have not ever seen such hatred in other nations and people/s. NO other country hates their own nation as leftists do here.
`
Anyway.. I really miss the old movies a lot. So, I made this set yesterday in reference to Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Both terrific dancers and pretty good actors of the age of glamour in movies..Dressed splendid..
Enjoy…
Love,
The Mad Jewess

such a simple time, when you knew that everything would be ok at the end of the movie, no matter how bad it was in real life i.e wars it was nice to have these, or so a relative told me, and I love watching AMC or least did when they had truly classics like this one on there.
My Grandma made sure I took Dance Classes so I could dance on Lawrence Welk like she did, or to be the next Ginger Rogers, well neither happened for me, but I still enjoy watching and even swaying to the music, and if nobody can see, doing my own little dance alone
Thanks for the Post I too miss these movies.
