Well, all I have been ‘guilty’ of in my life – is having been dumb enough to fight a losing cause. America has been a losing cause. Yet, I have put in a lot of effort to try to win-more than half my life. But, I lost. I am not a sore-loser about this, just feeling forlorn and depressed. What is a human without a country? How can you sing the songs of your country in a land that is poisoned?
I don’t ever really feel ‘defeated’ because I have hope in God. Which is something that satan’s kids do not possess. I know there is an after-life. I also know a lot of Jews do not believe this. Which is the reason I am not religious with my Judaism, preferring to be spiritual. Many Christians believe there is a Heaven & I agree with this. But, many Christians also think that the Torah is ‘abolished’ & the law is ‘canceled’. Which, in my opinion, is blasphemous. That’s like saying you are not a law-abiding Christian. Makes no sense. Well, Explain Isaiah 40:8 “The word of GOD stands forever“. I beg to differ with the Jewish faith in regards to Heaven. Many scriptures in the Torah and Tanakh talk about Elohim God being a God of the living. Where did Elijah go?? Enoch??
Whatever the case may be, I believe there is life after death. If not, just what was the Garden of Eden all about? I believe all things will be restored. These are the reasons I stay to myself regarding my faith in the spirit of the LIVING God—Yes, I AM Jewish about that and do not discuss this online, I prefer some harmony in this regard-with the sane of mankind, here on the net.. We all agree we LOVE God 
Anyway… I hope the rest of you do not feel too sad today.

Don’t know where Christians get the idea that the law is “cancelled” or “abolished”. Though we don’t live under the law, we still need to know that the law was given to us as a standard to show us that no matter how hard we try, we will never measure up to God’s perfection. It is supposed to bring us to a closer dependency on Him. We are supposed to remember how Jesus SIMPLIFIED the law for us by telling us the first and greatest commandment is to love God with all our heart, all of our mind, all of our strength. And to love our neighbor as ourselves. Doing that will ALWAYS help us be as “lawful” as we can be.
Sad for our country, sad in general. Today I say a final public good-bye to my mother who passed away January 5.

Right on the rest: Love the LORD your God and your neighbor as yourself are commandments/laws.
It just does not make ANY sense to me that the law is ‘abolished.’
