The proposal by Rep. Steve Smith, R-Maricopa, makes it illegal for any public servant to enforce “any act, law, statute, rule or regulation” of the federal government relating to personal firearms or accessories as long as they remain within the boundaries of Arizona. And it defines public servants to include not just state and local employees but legislators, judges, jurors, witnesses and consultants who perform government functions.
If you are sane, God-fearing and conservative-please come to AZ. We will fight the NAZI fascists together.

If you live in the New Mexico-Arizona neighborhood, you may have already heard this story. Somebody in New Mexico–it might have been a rancher–violated some EPA (Enviro-pagan Protection Agency) rule. So some Feds went to New Mexico to arrest the guy. The local sheriff got wind of it and told the Feds that, if they arrest that rancher, then he would put them in jail for kidnapping. The Feds got out of Dodge.
The local sheriff has a lot of clout in the county. The governor and state legislature have a lot of clout in the state. States rights are getting stronger and stronger. If enough states pass laws like the one in Arizona and Wyoming, this will be very problematic for the President.
There really doesn’t have to be a civil war (shooting war) and states really don’t have to secede from the Union. Just elect the right sheriff and the right governor.
How would you like to be a Federal agent and then get thrown in prison in Wyoming or Arizona with hardened criminals? You will have a big target on your back: you will probably get the tar knocked out of you or get killed.
