Do you believe that we actually allow dumbbells like this woman in Congress. Sheila Jackson Lee, a Negro (scientific Latin name: Boonus Africanus) has been called the boss from hell by her staff, given the Capitol Police a hard time and called our walk on the Moon as a walk on Mars went one further last night on FOX Business News. She actually said that Bill Clinton left office with a surplus of 5.7 or 5.8 trillion dollars. Clinton left with a balanced budget, but was carried kicking and screaming by a GOP House and Senate to sign off on that, but never left with a surplus. When you have 5.7 trillion in debt, which is what the national debt was at that time, you don’t have a surplus.

I will explain it so even a Negro can understand it. Say you live paycheck to paycheck with nothing left over, and lets say you owe $500 on your credit card. Lets say that you pay $50 towards that credit card every month but this month you only paid $10. That leaves you with extra money of $40 in your pocket, but YOU DONT HAVE A SURPLUS!!! You still owe $490 on your credit card. You are in the hole for $490. That was the so called Clinton surplus.

Now back to Sheila Jackson Lee and her 5.8 trillion surplus comment. On my old TV shows in NY, we stated many times that the Negro does not understand the concept of zeroes. Two zeroes or 6 zeroes, just doesn’t seem to matter to them because they dont understand it. Lee couldn’t even get the concept of positive vs minus. What is even more strange is that the TV show host didn’t question her on her figures or break out laughing. There is no way that I could have kept a straight face talking to Miss Lee.

The only reason he stayed out of jail is because the Carter Justice department thought it inadvisable to indict a popular black Democrat mayor and risk antagonizing a reliable voting bloc.
