Fixed positions are a recipe for failure, defeat and eventual death against a larger and better equipped force. Guerrilla warfare is one of time and patience. A successful force must remain mobile and dispersed, relying on stealthy infiltration of the enemy’s positions. Then as opportunities present themselves, causing effective and repeated confusion, havoc and destruction; then once again melting back into the landscape’s general population and assuming the role of a non-combatant.

That’s because of the 13M people who live in IL, 10M live in Cook County and the surrounding “collar” counties. And the natives here pride themselves on the corruption. It’s insane.
