FACEBOOK VIOLATED MY 1st AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH. How do you like that!
I wrote about the truth of homosexuality and what the Bible says about it and about the definition of the word gay. I did not threaten anyone, nor did I say that I hated anyone. I stated how I hate a certain type of behavior exhibited by a particular segment of society and FACEBOOK reponded by stating that they removed my post “because it violates Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.” And they further stated “To keep your account in good standing, please remove any remaining content on your account that violates the Facebook Terms.” Watch out what you say on Facebook – BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING!
This tolerance crap got way out of hand. Mandatory queer studies in CA elementary schools.

Here is my original post that Facebook removed concerning homosexuality. There is a so-called “Pride” day coming up in our community. I am angry that the homosexual community have hijacked the work “Pride”. We have “pride” in our communities, we have “pride” in our schools, we have “pride” in our children, but I don’t take “pride” in homosexualality or what society used to call perverts! “Gay” used to mean carefree and happy. I refuse to call that segment of society by that name because they are trying to promote acceptance of their gross and disgusting behavior by using this word. I call them what they are – “HOMOSEXUALS!” I am not a homophob, God loves these people and so do I. Both God and I hate their behavior and God said more than one time in the Bible that it is wrong. I believe and trust in God and use HIS WORD as my standard of what is right and wrong. God is calling these people into a right relationship and He stands at the door and knocks. I implore these people to open the door and let Christ into their lives!
The mainstream media and Facebook permit people to defame Republicans and Christianity, but won’t tolerate desparaging comments concerning homosexuality. This was my response to Facebook when they violated my free speech: Don’t use the word HATE because Facebook might remove your post. So if you object to the violation of free speech, post what you hate. Join me in sending a message to Facebook that we can use the word “hate” without violating their policies. I hate it when people leave dog poop on the ground and won’t clean it up. I hate stepping in dog poop. I hate it when it rains on my picnic. I hate it when my umbrella is in the house when I get out of my car during a storm. I hate the destruction left by tornadoes. I hate it when I step in gum someone else spit out onto the sidewalk causing me to walk around with gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe. I hate it when my shoe leaves traces of gum on my car carpeting and I can’t get it out. I hate oil stains that remain in my clothes when I take them out of the dryer. How about you? What do you hate without mentioning a segment of society?

1, Facebook is not the government. They can stop you from saying whatever the hell they want. First amendment does not cover companies and private property. That is for the government. You might as well walk into a black house, scream “NIGGER!” and then complain about how your poor amendment rights were violated. They don’t cover this, retard.

The government can not shut you down for what you are saying. That is what the first amendment means. That is ALL the first amendment means. When you get on someone’s website, the owners of the website control what is and isn’t allowed because it is their website.

I never said what I wanted. I’m just pointing out that Facebook has the right to do whatever they want with their site and it’s contents. Whatever I want is irrelevant to the point I’m making. I do not have an agenda. I’m just pointing out phenomenally stupid ideas, ie “Facebook is trampling over rights that don’t exist”. You have the first amendment. That means you can’t be arrested for words, and the government can’t shut you down. But when you put your words on company owned or privately owned property, like Facebook, the owner of that property has the right to control what is on their property. The government can’t arrest you for what you said on Facebook, nor can they order Facebook to delete your shit, but if Facebook wants to they can, because it is their website. They are not the government.
But it doesn’t MATTER, ma’me. It’s their SITE, thus they can pick and choose what is on there, regardless of subject matter.

I read Facebook’s agreement of use. Even by their standards, I didn’t violate their agreement. They didn’t tell me what rule I violated. I suspect it is “Hate” speech. I didn’t direct hostility at this group, just my opinion of disgust with their behavior and their perversion of the truth. It is true that 20 years ago that his segment of society were called perverts. Trying to silence me doesn’t change the facts. By the way, if you don’t like what certain people are saying on Facebook, you can always UN-friend them. I don’t report people to Facebook because I don’t like what they say, I just don’t pay attention to them or I un-friend them. I check out a person’s Facebook page before I friend them to see if they are the type of people that would offend me. Like if they are a homosexual, I wouldn’t friend them because I don’t want to hear about their lifestyle. I am not a democrat, but I have some friends that can’t stop talking about their views regarding how superior their democrat philosophy is. I just ignore them and don’t even comment on their posts because I know it is fruitless. And what if I posted that I hate how catholics pray to the virgin Mary and pray to dead saints? I am not saying that I hate these people, I just don’t like these aspects of their religion. Would I be accused of violating their Hate Speech rule? But it is perfectly o.k. by them that people hate Republicans and hate President George W. Bush! If you are going to apply a rule, you should be “just” (that is short for justice which means to apply the law equally to all people) and apply it equally to all; not just apply it to the people you don’t like.

I am currently banned on FB from posting to other pages because I have shared conservative material with other conservative pages – banned from making friends after sending two requests to only conservatives in 2-3 weeks and now banned from sending messages – there is no doubt in my mind this is because of my political views.
