Such a deal!! It’s so easy that high-schoolers are doing it .. yielding a $6.5 BILLION annual windfall .. and the IRS obviously thinks it’s great, since they’ve done nothing to curtail it. Well, heck, they say, some people just don’t have checking accounts .. and one might suppose they’re too stupid to get one? A $2.1 million refund sends up red flags .. no shit .. but it went through anyway? Typical government ineptness.
