RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) – Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott on Tuesday announced a second arrest in a double-murder he described as one of the “most brutal, cold-blooded murders we’ve had in Richland County in quite some time.”
Lott said tips from the community led to the July 5 arrest of 36-year-old DeAndre Leroy Diggs in connection with a June 28 incident that left two men dead and a woman severely injured.

Cop says killer was just let out of prison, since 2004, for murder. Well, sure. He done turned his life aroun’ and he be back in de citeh doin de good work.
I also notice that these cops sound even more dull than the talking heads. Just drooooonnnnnnne. Really gives a person confidence.
This is damn right EVIL to do this to another human being who has NO WAY of defending himself.
I do hope that they have the death penalty there.

I have “nothing” to base this on, okay? There is going to be a backlash on this issue against people who commit crimes like this…and I do NOT mean going to court. When a society breaks down like it has been since that ass has been in office…People will take matters into their own hands.
