Yes, it will probably come to Bishops and Priests and Nuns going to prison if the Catholic leadership is serious about preserving the church’s integrity. But, I wouldn’t put a lot of money on that happening. Real resistance is difficult and the Bishops look kinda soft to me. Rabbi’s on the other hand…
