I’m Sorry, Michael Savage, you are wrong. Christianity is not some religion that people can say “Hey I’m A Christian!” Sorry. You must look into the scriptures yourself in the New Testament. There are even higher commands that Christians are supposed to obey. I deal with evil, murderous Jew-haters all day long, they also call themselves “Christians”. Jesus never told Christians to just hate Jewish people ANYWHERE in the New Testament.
‘JUDGE A TREE BY ITS FRUIT.’
True, that there are many things that are carried out ‘in the name of Christianity’, but that means nothing. Though Breivik himself is not a religious Christian, there is an old quote that Christians use, as well as Jews: “Don’t talk the talk, walk the walk.” Jews and Christians together have a high calling to serve God. God does not tell Christians to go out and murder people, even if certain people have evil doctrines of left-wing hatred. Norway is also cursed. Whether it was an Islamic nut or a certifiable twister of faiths, Norway has cursed Israel. Thus, they are cursed. Sorry, that’s just the way it is.
Here are scriptures from the New Testament:
Luke 6:44
‘Every tree is known by its own fruit. It is not from thorns that men gather figs, nor from the bramble that they can get a bunch of grapes.’
Matthew 7:21
‘Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven.’
This is where Jesus says to his followers a demand to follow that is even higher than the Laws he gives to the Jewish people:
Matthew 5:20
‘For I assure you that unless your righteousness greatly surpasses that of the Scribes and the Pharisees, you will certainly not find entrance into the Kingdom of the Heavens.’
There is even a scripture speaking to liar Jews vs Jews that love HaShem:
Revelation 3:9
‘I will cause some belonging to Satan’s synagogue who say that they themselves are Jews, and are not, but are liars–I will make them come and fall at your feet and know for certain that I have loved you.’
This is what Savage had to say about the terrorist, which I do NOT agree with at all.
Re: Michael Savage is wrong, Norway.
I quite agree even though I do listen to Michael Savage and generally do like him.
The M. Savage understanding of religion in general takes on a cultural interpretation.
Unfortunately Breivik assumes the same interpretation.
In this case Savage and Breivik have the same understanding of Christianity which is primarily a cultural one.
Of course M. Savage does not endorse Breivik and should not be painted with the same brush.
There is unfortunately a similar blindside that they both fail to acknowledge the full office of God in Jesus who is the Messiah and of course infinitely more.
Evolution reveals its logical conclusion.
If all species evolved (by whatever means) some are ascending (by whatever definition) more rapidly than others.
This logically follows even within species to conclude some portions of a species are not evolving as quickly as others (PC racism thoughts should emerge).
Humans (a species) then have quicker and unfortunately slower elements.
All forms of mechanistic philosophies and politics come from this presupposition.
If we all evolved we are all animals and are empowered to behave as such.
If on the other hand we are created (by God) we are required to fulfill the purpose of our creator.
Read the scriptures, Jacob (the Jews) have a special blessing from God.
Christians (the gentile ones) have an obligation to watch over the Jews even to provoke them to jealousy.
Gentile Christians must never presume a position above the Jews (grace does not allow such a thing).
We must pray for them, assist them in danger, and be ton them a friend without requiring a response of religious faith.
If gentile Christians deny the Jews their heritage we risk cutting off our own faith at the knees.
Breivik is not an American and not a religious Christian by his own definition.
He appointed himself a judge without any authority at all, as a result took many individual souls in his unauthorized hands.
Michael Savage is an American and a significant and faithful philosopher to that purpose.
He is not perfect, but that does not mean he would justify such actions as those taken by Breivik nor should he be.
In Jesus name.
Brian
Magnus, I LOVE Savage and have been listening to him since 1996. He is just wrong about this.
The Norway terrorist is a result of leftist insanity.
It is actually Savage that helped me to get closer to God, myself.
So, I love him, and fully endorse him, but he is not right in this subject.
TY for commenting.
Brevik did not kill in the name of Christ. Muslims kill in the name of their satanic derived god. They scream allah hu akhbar. Brevik did not scream “for christ”
I didnt hear it either.
But a lot of people that ARE good people are non Jews and not Christians either.
I know this much; left wing satanists drive people to do nutty things.
I usually like Dr. Savage, but as you say he needs to understand “what is a Christian” by study of the New Testament. In Norway citizens are considered Christians by default; if you’re not Muslim, Jewish or Buddhist then you’re called a Christian. Dr. Savage refers to “Christian writings and thought”. The Bible is the ONLY real source of Christian belief…all other “Christian” writings are just someone’s personal opinion.
Right, Graziela, he was just plain WRONG.
I believe that Savage is turning on to the teachings of Jesus, but, he is lost when it comes to this subject re. Anders Brievik.
This guy was NOT a Christian at all. Christians are DEFENSE, not offense.
I really HATE to say this, but -I understood his frustrations at Marxists/Socialists.
Not enough for MYSELF to go on a murder spree, but they do push, and I WILL push back IF threatened. I am a defensive player, NOT offense.
In days to come, when the muslim hordes start slaughtering Norwegians like sheep, then they will appreciate Brevik. Norway deserves to be “wiped off the world’s map” .
