Arguments have moved to the appellate court level in a California case in which a man talking to two willing strangers in a shopping mall was arrested because the subject of the conversation was God.
The case developed several years ago when a youth pastor was arrested at the Galleria Mall in Roseville, Calif., for having a conversation about religion with two other people.

I admire the young man speaking to the folks in the mall. I’m too tired today to say much. This is the kind of stuff that brings out the worst in me. I get so sick and tired of people picking on those weaker, and others that will talk a person down in the attempt to elevate themselves. Hoping you’re doing okay Paulette.

I read the article at WND from the link you provided, and then I followed another link to The Westerfield Group who owns the mall and others like it around the world.
And then I went to The Pacific Justice Institute that is defending the right of the man who was talking about his religion to the two people at the mall and was then arrested.
An employee at one of the stores in the mall over heard the conversation, and called Security who came and made a Citizen’s Arrest on the youth pastor for trespassing. They handcuffed him and took him to jail.
The Westerfield Group maybe one, if not thee, largest owner of malls world-wide. And they do not allow religious T-shirts to be worn in their malls either.
And the state of Californicator allows this?
I doubt that The Westerfield Group stops Muslims from wearing hijabs or burkahs.
And I doubt that The Westerfield Group stops sodomites and lesbians from wearing whatever reprobate crap they like to wear in their malls.
This appears to be an Outright Attack on the Christian religion and most likely the Jewish religion as well.
The Free Pass given out from The Westerfield Group would seem to go to Muslims, sodomites, lesbians and all things Reprobate.
I pray that Almighty God will bring Swift Judgment upon those responsible for this Evil by raining Fire and Brimstone and Lightening Storms down upon those Reprobate Evil Dirt Bags who are waging an Un-Holy War, against The One True God of the Holy Bible, and His people.
