2. The hospital listed on the form never existed but there is/was a hospital with a similar name – Coast Provincial General Hospital.

4. The number on the certificate is 47O44. 47 is Obama’s age when elected. Next is the letter O not a zero. Next is the number 44, Obama is the 44th president.
5. Nyanza Province did not exist in 1964. The area was called Central Nyanza District. Provinces did not exist until 1970.
6. The form lists his father’s age as being 26 at his birth in August of 1961 but his father didn’t turn 25 until November 1961.
7. One of the signatures on the form, EF Lavender, is a laundry detergent.
