“DIVERSITY” RULES

  Is it true that Obama intends to replace Supreme Court Justice David Souter with a liberal, young, Black, Gay, Female, who is Hispanic? 

 Can the following be possible? Catering to a diverse cross section of his constituents, Obama’s loyalty is reflected in his choice for the next Supreme Court justice. Would President Obama actually discriminate against white men merely because they’re white? Strange how “Political Correctness” conflicts with EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. “We’re all equal, but some are more equal than others.” George Orwell. Must the new Justice also have a poor record regarding paying (or not paying) their income taxes, in order to qualify? ~ Kathleen Sebelius Health and Human Services nominee has had to admit to errors in her tax filings and pay $7,000 in back taxes. ~ Timothy Geithner Treasury secretary nominee had over several years, failed to pay Social Security taxes, even though he was advised by his employer to do so, signed an agreement indicating that he understood that such payments were his responsibility and received extra pay from his employer specifically for that purpose. Mr. Geithner “came clean” only when he was caught, first by an IRS audit that found he owed Social Security taxes for 2003 and 2004 and then when additional tax liabilities for 2001 and 2002 were discovered after his nomination ~ Thomas A. Daschle, nominated to be secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, did not pay more than $128,000 in taxes in interest and penalties, over three year. Daschle paid the back taxes six days before his first Senate confirmation hearing.

Isn’t it time that Supreme Court Justices become elected and have a term limitation? Being a judge today under the “Politically Correct” “Judicial Activism” process let’s judges trump the Senate and the Congress. Why shouldn’t they be elected and held accountable to the people, especially since they’ve been countering the will of the people more and more often. “Honor should be more than a title it should be a definition.”
