Third District Magistrate Francis Honrath of Larchwood on Wednesday said he will not be performing marriages.
“The Supreme Court ruling had something to do with it, but the truth is it’s not just same-sex marriage I had problems with,” said Honrath, a Creighton University law school graduate who is married and has seven children.

If my memory serves me right, didn’t this start with the Clerk Registers refusing to complete the paperwork? I remember reading that and thinking “Good for them” Well good for Iowa. But now I’m thinking just more homos coming here to mass. to get married! It wont be long till they are recognized federally, I was doing a job in Cape Cod and the homos there had rainbow American flags flying from their houses! No joke, I almost pulled over.
